Job summary

Booker is seeking a local delivery driver in Plymouth. Working 45 hours per week on an Any 5 from 7 contract, you will drive locally, build relationships with regular customers, and ensure deliveries arrive on time with great service.

You will load stock at the branch and unload at customer premises, complete paperwork accurately, and uphold safety and compliance. A CatC / 18T licence with at least two years’ driving experience is required; prior delivery driving is preferred.

Qualifications

• CatC / 18T Licence is required and at least two years of driving experience.
• Delivery driving experience is preferred.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries and load/unload stock.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; good literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Drive locally to deliver to customers on time and with good service.
• Load stock into the vehicle and unload at customer premises.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
