Job summary

Booker is seeking a delivery driver to join the local driving team. You will work 45 hours per week on an “Any 5 from 7” pattern with some weekend shifts and overtime opportunities.

You will help ensure customers receive deliveries on time and with great service, loading stock at the branch and delivering to customer premises. This role requires a CatC / 18T licence and prior driving experience (two years preferred).

Qualifications

• CatC / 18T Licence
• Previous experience of driving (at least two years)
• Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries
• Good level of literacy and numeracy

Responsibilities

• Make sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers.
• Load stock into the vehicle at the Branch and unload at the customer premises.
• Ensure the paperwork is completed accurately
