Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Van Driver for localised collections in the East Midlands. Immediate starts available. You will collect parcels from customers, load and unload vehicles, and ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Role requires a valid UK driving licence and at least 3 months of relevant experience, with no more than 6 points and no DR/DD offences on the licence. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 start, finishing at 18:00.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Minimum 3 months relevant experience.
• No more than 6 points on licence, no DR/DD offences.

Responsibilities

• Provide collections from our customers in the East Midlands Area.
• Loading / Unloading of vehicles.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Carry out collections within the agreed time window.
• Highlight late collections to the Operations Team.
• Assist with offloading collection vans and scanning parcels.
• Segregate parcels to correct carrier/service.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean.
• Provide first-class customer service to all customers.
• Report queries/information from customers during debrief.
