Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 7 years of relevant clinical/scientific experience.
• Experience in Oncology and Phase III trials.
• Strong regulatory writing and GCP/ICH knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Leads Local Study Team consisting of CRAs and Start Up Specialists.
• Coordinates the site selection process with stakeholders.
• Oversees regulatory submissions and study start-up activities.
• Manages study budget, timelines and resources.
• Ensures study sites are activated, monitored and closed per plan.
• Maintains compliant TMF and audit-ready documentation.
