Flame Recruitment is seeking a driven Local Business Development Manager to take charge of our client’s fleet sales.
In this exciting role, you’ll lead the way through a growing fleet business, proactively seeking out new corporate vehicle sales opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities
- You’ll be the key to delivering satisfaction and long-term retention by providing top-tier customer experiences.
- Actively identify new corporate sales opportunities
- Build a network of business prospects and consistently exceed personal and departmental targets.
- Your approach will be consultative, personal, and deeply aligned with each customer’s needs, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with both existing and new customers will be essential.
Requirements
- You’ll need a passion for sales and customer relationships, combined with strong organisational skills
- Communication is key, and you’ll need to be confident across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, even under pressure.
- Your motivation will come from hitting sales targets, paying close attention to detail, and striving for success.
- With a confident and personable nature, you’ll demonstrate integrity, resilience, and a positive attitude in every situation.
- Commercially savvy and aware of market trends, you’ll be quick to seize new opportunities and deliver results.
