Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to manage a small team, and oversee the execution of team goals and strengthen operational controls within the Loan Operations division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping both the processes and the team to align with the firm’s long-term strategic objectives, ensuring robust control standards are consistently upheld.

Positioned within the middle office team, this role will be accountable for managing the oversight and key deliverables related to the firm’s loan business activities.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive trade support
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues tied to loan trading and investment portfolios
• Managing reconciliations with third-party service providers and counterparties
• Supporting the Front Office trading desk
• Contributing to the execution of related operational tasks

Experience with WSO, ClearPar etc is highly desired.
