Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is recruiting for experienced Loading Shovel Operators to join an ongoing project based in Liverpool. You will be responsible for operating loading shovels, loading and stockpiling materials, and performing daily equipment checks on a busy site.

The role requires prior loading shovel experience in industrial or construction environments, a strong health and safety mindset, and reliability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operation in Liverpool.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loading shovels in industrial, recycling, bulk handling, waste management, port, or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy operational environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Operate loading shovels/payloaders safely and efficiently.
• Load, move and stockpile materials.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report defects.
• Maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Support site operations as required.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe.
