DO & CO is seeking a Loading Bay Supervisor in the United Kingdom to model exceptional quality and ensure on-time, efficient deliveries in line with customer requirements.

You will coordinate daily activities, monitor truck checks, and ensure correct flight loading. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to safety and SOPs while delivering measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transport and Logistics or Catering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily activities such as pickup times and truck checks per manifest.
• Ensure flights are loaded onto the correct trucks according to the allocation sheet.
• Collaborate with Transport and Dispatch to ensure smooth delivery of goods to aircraft.
• Adhere to SOPs, Health & Safety, Food Safety and all legal requirements.
• Provide productivity and performance reports to management.
• Drive team performance with development and succession planning.
