Job summary

Biffa Group is seeking an Operative at our Uckfield Depot to join the team for local waste-collection routes. You will collect and empty food waste caddy bins on a multi-collection basis, outdoors, with a focus on teamwork.

The role suits someone who takes initiative, enjoys working outdoors, and can work Monday to Friday from 07:00. On-the-job training and family-friendly perks accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors and on your own initiative.
• Able to work as part of a crew on local routes.
