Job summary

Teignbridge District Council is seeking a Loader to join the recycling and refuse team on a permanent basis. The role offers 37 hours per week with a salary of £25,614 to £26,016 per annum.

Join the recycling and refuse team as a loader and be part of the vital crew keeping the area clean, safe and reducing the environmental impact of waste.

The role involves moving, lifting and handling recycling/refuse containers, ensuring the right recycling materials are collected from recycling boxes and food waste containers.

You will have an understanding of operational health and safety, and have previous experience of working in a manual role.
