Dorset Council is looking for Loaders to join its waste and recycling teams. The role involves collecting waste from roadsides and assisting with sorting and recycling processes, contributing to a cleaner Dorset. The job offers outdoor work, fitness benefits, and stable hours.

The teams that collect our waste and recycling from the side of the road, to send it on its way to be sorted and recycled into new products or turned into electricity, are the first line of defence in the battle to protect our local and global environment. If our teams stopped collecting for just 1 week, four thousand tonnes of waste would be left on the streets of our beautiful Dorset.
