Are you a Loading Bay Operative looking to join one of the UK's leading logistics companies? Would you like to experience weekends off while working a fulfilling week ensuring loads are safely placed onto our trailers to deliver Gypsum products around the UK? Are you physically fit and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Loading Bay Operatives to join our team working on the British Gypsum contract in Barrow Upon Soar.

You will be working various shifts over alternating weeks, with an annual salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per year. We offer holidays dependent on shift patterns (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Shift starts at 0600-1630, Monday-Friday
• You will be loading trailers and securing goods safely
• Full training will be given
• You will always work in a safe manner

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Must be flexible in working hours
• Previous similar experience would be an advantage
