Qualifications

• Solid experience managing and maintaining a Learning Management System.
• Confidence in diagnosing system issues and implementing improvements.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Self-motivated, organised, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Totara platform.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support.
• Work with leaders, HR, and IT to design solutions.
• Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions to help users leverage the system.
• Analyse system use and user feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with eLearning and Personnel teams.
