A regional health board in Scotland is seeking a motivated Supervisory Administrator to oversee administrative operations and support colleagues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills and is comfortable making decisions in a close-knit team environment. Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our patients. You should be confident in taking initiative, comfortable with decision-making, and capable of leading by example within a close-knit team.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
