Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with digital production technologies including 3D modelling, asset management, AR and AI workflows.
• Strong knowledge of surface quality standards, livery application and high-quality brand execution.
• Experience implementing process controls, operating procedures, quality systems and sign-off methods.
• Ability to plan production, manage competing priorities and deliver against fixed deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Understanding of inventory management, consumable planning, supplier coordination and material traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own quality standards, operating procedures and final sign-off processes for liveries, vinyl, decals, specialist films and finished branding applications.
• Plan and coordinate branding production for race, test, heritage and show car programmes, aligning delivery with fixed deadlines and changing commercial priorities.
• Coordinate and oversee the creation, review and approval of livery graphics, sponsor branding and artwork, ensuring designs are visually impactful, technically manufacturable and aligned with brand guidelines, commercial objectives and vehicle application requirements.
• Control race branding packs and digital assets from artwork release through production, installation support and final livery approval, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Manage materials and consumables, working with Procurement and suppliers to improve availability, cost control, quality and stock visibility.
• Lead digital innovation and continuous improvement, including 3D visualisation, AR-guided application, AI-assisted workflows and future workshop development.
