Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Support Security Officer in Liverpool region to create a safe, welcoming and secure store environment. You will be the visible presence, keeping customers and colleagues safe while delivering professional service.

You will use store technology and maintain calm under pressure, supporting incident management and loss prevention across multiple locations. This role emphasises teamwork and adaptability in fast-moving retail settings.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• A valid SIA licence desirable, though not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Liverpool One - Liverpool Edge Lane - Liverpool Queens Drive - Bidston Moss SF - Aintree - Liverpool New Mersey - Heswall -Merseyside and surrounding areas

Salary - £15.15 per hour

Officer will require access to a vehicle due to store locations

• You\'ll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you\'ll always act professionally and confidently.
