Salary: £85,000 to £100,000 gross per annum

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Up to 12 hours per day, 6 days per week, with quieter periods when the family are travelling

Driver: Preferred but not essential

Summary

This is an outstanding opportunity to join an ultra-high net worth family who divide their time between the Bahamas, Europe and London. They are seeking an exceptional live in Housekeeper with a background in high end private homes. You will work within a small, long standing household team and will maintain immaculate standards across multiple properties. The role involves extensive international travel and requires someone experienced, discreet and able to work confidently in a very high-profile environment. The family value loyalty, professionalism and a calm, adaptable approach.

Duties

• Daily housekeeping across all areas of the home to the highest standard
• Deep cleaning and seasonal routines
• Care of high value finishes, fabrics, furnishings and artwork
• Laundry, ironing and specialist wardrobe care
• Seasonal wardrobe rotation, packing and unpacking for travel
• Preparation of simple family style meals when required
• Table laying and service, particularly when guests are present
• Warm, professional guest care
• Ensuring all rooms, cupboards and storage areas remain tidy and well organised
• Household errands and monitoring supplies
• Working closely with the wider household team to maintain consistent standards
• Very occasional assistance when children are present, in coordination with the nanny
• Full housekeeping support during international travel
• Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in private households or luxury yachts or hotels
• Outstanding housekeeping and laundry skills
• Confident with simple meal preparation and service
• Fluent English; Russian is an advantage
• Experienced in UHNW environments with an immaculate approach
• Flexible, calm, polished and discreet
• Comfortable with extensive international travel
