Job summary

Perfect Household Staff Ltd is seeking an experienced Domestic Couple for a permanent, full-time live-in position at a Georgian country house near Wantage, Oxfordshire. One partner will act as Operations Manager and the other as Head of Housekeeping, collaboratively running day-to-day operations and events.

The role includes high-level housekeeping, property management and event support, with a furnished flat provided.

Qualifications

• Previous private household or Domestic Couple experience preferred.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• Professional, discreet, trustworthy and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage day-to-day housekeeping and property upkeep.
• Coordinate event preparation and delivery of services for weddings and other events.
• Lead housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry and bed changing to a high standard.
• Assist with garden, pool and tennis court maintenance as required.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and external service providers.
• Oversee property maintenance, minor repairs and coordination of external trades.
