What you will do

• Prepare freshly cooked meals and monitor nutrition and fluids to ensure the individual’s health and wellbeing.
• Conduct housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Perform shopping and errands, providing a helping hand in daily activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, making a real difference in the individual’s day-to-day life.
• Escort the individual to appointments and activities, ensuring their safety and engagement with the community.
• Assist with washing, dressing, and undressing.
• Promote oral and dental hygiene to maintain the individual’s health.
• Provide moderate personal care, including supervised bathing.
• Manage basic and moderate continence care, including reminders and use of care products.
• Offer catheter care and support with colostomy and ileostomy needs.
• Assist with medication management, including reminders, assistance, and administration.
• Help with mobility challenges, including the use of hoisting equipment.
