Job summary

Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Live-in Carer/Personal Assistant to support a spinal cord injury client in Edenbridge, TN8. You will drive the client's adapted WAV for daily outings, assist with daily living, and ensure dignity and independence in a warm household.

Full training is provided with nurse-led support. Female applicants only for this role, with a friendly, flexible attitude and sense of humor to fit into the home environment.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check or online sign-up.
• References.
• Female carer required due to Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9. Part 1.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep and daily living activities.
• Provide support with spinal injury care and encourage independence.
• Observe and record health status and ensure safety and well-being.
• Arrange transportation for appointments, outings and travel when required.
