Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Weekend Live-in Carer to provide weekend support in a rural home setting. You will live in with one client from Friday evening through Monday morning, delivering person-centred care and companionship.

Responsibilities include personal care, transfers, driving a WAV, assisting with transport to college, and engaging in activities and community access. A female candidate is required due to personal care needs and you must have a full UK licence and be over 18.

Your role will be pivotal in enabling independence, providing reassurance to family members, and ensuring care is delivered with dignity, respect and warmth.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Weekend Live-in Carer, you will be supporting within one household from Friday evening through to Monday morning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with all transfers (hoist experience desirable, but full training can be provided)
• Driving a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV)
• Supporting transport to college on Mondays
• Acting as both a Support Worker and companion, engaging in activities, social outings and community access
• Supporting swimming sessions (confidence in the water is essential)

What We're Looking For
