Medicare People Limited is seeking a dedicated Live-in Carer for Turners Hill. You will provide one-to-one in-home care, companionship, and personal support to help clients stay independent and safe in their familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months UK care experience.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and good communicator.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs.
• Provide companionship and build trusted relationships.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Support safe mobility and moving and handling.
• Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day.
• Administer medication according to care plans.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Support clients with shopping and prescription collection.
• Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing.
• Work with families and healthcare professionals.
• Keep care documentation accurate and up to date.
• Help clients maintain dignity, independence and choice.

About the Live-in Carer job in Turners Hill

We're looking for warm, caring, and professional Live-in Carer in Turners Hill who are passionate about helping others live independently at home. Working in live-in care gives you the opportunity to provide dedicated one-to-one support while building genuine relationships with the people you care for.

What you'll bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working on your own and using your initiative
• Experience supporting people to remain independent
• Reliability and a positive work ethic
• The ability to adapt to different clients and care needs
• A passion for providing outstanding care
• Right to work in the UK
• Medication administration experience is welcomed
• Health & Social Care qualifications are beneficial but not required
