What YOU will be doing

• Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as medication, washing/bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing
• Supporting clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation and general housekeeping
• Offering choices for social activities, accompanying clients to lead meaningful lives, providing emotional support, and promoting independence
• Building positive relationships with clients' families, loved ones, and other professionals involved in their support

About YOU – Essential

• At least two years of care experience
• Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty
• Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers
• Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices
• Provide dignified assistance with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and medication
• Offer physical and emotional support to those in your care
• Enable participation in daily living tasks and activities
• Assist with healthcare and personal appointments
• Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals
• Confidence in using mobile technology to record and deliver care
