Job summary

Medicare People Limited is seeking a dedicated Live-in Carer in Esher to provide compassionate, personalised care in clients' homes. You'll support daily activities, help with meals, mobility and independence, and be part of a supportive care team.

This role offers flexible placements from 4 days to 8 weeks, free accommodation on placement, a blue light card, a pension scheme, and ongoing training. You’ll build rewarding relationships while helping clients maintain their independence.

• Previous professional care experience in the UK
• A compassionate and patient approach to care
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working independently in a home setting

• Encourage independence wherever possible

• Keep the home clean, tidy and safe
• Help with shopping and collecting essentials
• Record important information in care notes
• Report changes in wellbeing promptly

About the Live-in Carer job in Esher

At Medicare People, we are seeking a dedicated Live-in Carer in Esher to deliver compassionate live-in care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role is ideal for caring professionals who enjoy providing personalised support and helping people maintain their independence.
