Job summary
GracePath Healthcare is seeking compassionate Live-In Caregivers across the UK to provide person-centred care in clients’ homes, ensuring wellbeing, dignity and independence. You will reside with the client, delivering round-the-clock support and companionship.
We offer UK visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates, paid induction training, ongoing professional development, and 24/7 care-manager support to assist you in delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- Ability to show empathy, patience and genuine care for the elderly or vulnerable.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to live in a client’s home for scheduled durations.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in care settings.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
- Administer medication and monitor health as per care plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals and support dietary needs.
- Carry out light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning and shopping.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
- Support mobility and use of hoists or walking aids.
