Job summary

Carefound Home Care is seeking Live-In Care Assistants to support clients in our local areas, living in the client’s home for rota patterns (e.g., 1–6 weeks) and delivering compassionate care. You’ll provide companionship, personal care and mobility support to help clients live well at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ professional care experience as live-in carer, domiciliary carer or similar.
• Driving licence and own car helpful but not required.
• Warm, patient and compassionate approach with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship to clients in their home.
• Supporting with personal care and mobility.
• Assisting with medication or specialist needs.
• Helping around the home with housekeeping and cooking.
• Running errands such as shopping or prescriptions.
• Using our app to coordinate care and updates.
• Maintaining a safe, respectful and positive environment.
