Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, help with washing, bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assist with medication when required and support mobility
• Prepare meals and drinks and assist with daily living tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement with clients
• Follow care plans and document daily care records
• Report wellbeing changes to the care team and coordinate with coordinators
