Job summary

Walfinch LTD is seeking a Live-in caregiver to live with their client for two weeks or more, assisting with personal care, moving and handling, medication, and social activities.

No prior experience is required because comprehensive training is provided. Carers travel across the UK to support families, working within a friendly, family-run team.

You will work closely with the client and their family to improve daily life, wellbeing, and independence in a respectful, trustworthy role.

Qualifications

• No prior formal experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care, moving and handling, medication, and social activities.
• Perform light housework and meal preparation as needed.
• Assist client with daily routines and accompany them on outings.

We are looking for a Live-in caregiver who will live with their client for two or more weeks at a time. You will help your client live their life how they want to by assisting with personal care, moving and handling, medication, or their social activities.

The role itself is like no other; improving someone’s quality of life is a truly remarkable experience. You will be committed, respectful,reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

Our carers need to be willing to travel across the UK, work for a minimum of two weeks at a time. No experience is necessary due to our prestigious quality training which all our new carers attend.

A typical day would be:

• Helping your client get washed and dressed in the morning
• Doing some housework
• Taking them on an outing
• Making their favourite dinner and enjoying it together
