Job summary

Walfinch is seeking a dedicated live‑in caregiver to live with clients for two weeks or more, helping with personal care, moving and handling, medication, and social activities across the UK. You’ll join a family‑run team that values support, flexibility, and compassionate care.

No prior experience is required because we provide prestigious in‑house training, and carers travel across the country to support clients. A rewarding role that improves quality of life.

We are looking for a Live-in caregiver who will live with their client for two or more weeks at a time. You will help your client live their life how they want to by assisting with personal care, moving and handling, medication, or their social activities.

The role itself is like no other; improving someone’s quality of life is a truly remarkable experience. You will be committed, respectful,reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

Our carers need to be willing to travel across the UK, work for a minimum of two weeks at a time. No experience is necessary due to our prestigious quality training which all our new carers attend.

A typical day would be:

• Helping your client get washed and dressed in the morning
• Doing some housework
• Taking them on an outing
• Making their favourite dinner and enjoying it together
