Qualifications

• Relevant Care qualifications.
• Experience in live-in or home care is preferred.
• Ability to prepare meals and assist with daily living activities.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Physically able to perform care tasks and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in accordance with individual Care Plans.
• Support clients with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist with mobility and the safe use of equipment and aids.
• Record changes in client wellbeing and communicate with family and healthcare professionals.
