Home Instead in the East Northants area is seeking a Part Time Live In Care Professional to support older clients in their own homes. You will live with or in a client's home, provide non-medical care, companionship, and help with daily activities, with meals provided (or a daily allowance) and a private room, TV and WiFi access.

DBS enhanced disclosure is required. Training and ongoing support are provided, with a flexible pattern of 4 days every two weeks (Thursday 10:30am to Monday 10:30am).

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required, but experience with older people is helpful.
• DBS enhanced disclosure is required.
• Ability to live in a client's home and provide non-medical support.

As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.

As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
