Job Description

Do you have the skills to be an amazing Care Assistant/Support Worker?

Each day will be different, and you’ll need to think on your feet—whether it’s helping a client with mobility, assisting them with daily routines like bathing and dressing, or simply sitting down to enjoy a cup of tea together.

You will need a listening ear, ready to hear incredible life stories, and sometimes, offering a simple chat to brighten our clients’ day. And providing an extra pair of eyes when needed, to keep track of medication, or helping a client find their glasses.

You don’t need to be a Michelin star chef, but if you can make a cup of tea and help prepare a light meal, you’re just who we need. You might also be called upon to help with light housekeeping or organising their home so that it’s safe and comfortable.

As one of our Care Assistants/Support Workers you will directly benefit from:

  • Great pay rates of £910 to £1200
  • Career development opportunities
  • Fully Paid training programme
  • Care Certificate Qualification
  • Pension
  • Birthday Gift
