Qualifications

• Experience in event and/or club management at comparable venues.
• Understanding of POS systems, licensing, health & safety.
• Strong staff scheduling and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare events following forecasts and strategic planning.
• Act as main contact on event days.
• Maintain professional relationships with promoters and programming teams.
• Manage event delivery from load in to load out.
• Hire, inspire, train, and mentor staff.
• Control operating costs and budget.
• Complete risk assessments for events.
• Execute admin duties including staff schedules and nightly reports.
