Job summary

Production Futures Limited is seeking a D-Prep Technician to ensure SFX and Laser equipment is thoroughly prepared, tested and ready for deployment at live events. The role requires a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical skills, problem solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

You will carry out system checks, identify recurring faults, implement service schedules and maintain high standards across your work.

Qualifications

Experience in live events, touring, or production environments.
Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including late or early shifts.
Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
Willing to relocate to near Oak Mill HQ for the role.
Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Carry out checks, testing, and preparation of SFX and Laser equipment before deployment.
Identify recurring faults and help implement service schedules.
Coordinate with Technical/Operational Managers to understand tasks and deadlines.
Work independently or as part of a team to maintain high standards.
Respond quickly to technical issues and maintain equipment readiness.
