Qualifications

  • Degree in Theater Production/Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of live entertainment production coordination or project management experience.
  • Familiarity with show documentation such as run of show and production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day coordination of multiple live entertainment experience productions.
  • Manage venue bookings, rehearsal facilities, purchasing, shipping and logistics.
  • Create and track purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and budget reporting.

Skills

Degree in Theater Production/Management
2+ years of live entertainment production coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with operations management tools
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
