Job summary

A leading AAA game studio is seeking a Live Content Coordinator to deliver world-class content for a vibrant live service title. The role involves managing in-game content, collaborating with teams, and ensuring smooth scheduling. Ideal candidates will have experience with CMS platforms and strong organizational skills. This is an 18-month contract with remote work and monthly visits required.

Are you passionate about delivering world-class content to a global gaming audience?

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for content management and scheduling? We’re looking for a Live Content Coordinator to join a leading AAA game studio working on a vibrant, ever-evolving live service title.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and publish engaging in-game content using proprietary CMS tools, aligning with a dynamic live service schedule.
  • Liaise with internal teams to align content drops, avoid scheduling conflicts, and maximise player engagement.
  • Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to support testing and verification of new content and configuration changes.
  • Own the status of content projects and updates, communicating progress clearly across the business.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the CMS, resolving issues independently and supporting other users.
  • Maintain and expand documentation to support the evolving CMS toolset.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience with CMS platforms and content operations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and a track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a publishing or scheduling environment, ideally within games, entertainment, or digital content.
