Rights of Audience would be very helpful.

Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
  • Minimum 10 years’ PQE with a strong background in property litigation
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage cases independently
  • Available to start on a locum / temp basis, with interest in a longer-term opportunity
Desirable
  • Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes
  • Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods written communication skills
  • Good connectivity with management team
