Job summary

A respected legal firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Litigator to manage a caseload of litigated defendant motor injury cases. The successful candidate will focus on personal injury and credit hire matters and represent leading insurance companies. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary between £30,000 to £50,000 and benefits including a well-being fund and private medical insurance. Hybrid working is available.

Job Title: Litigator
Salary: £30,000 to £50,000
Location: Birmingham City Centre (with hybrid working)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

• Handling a litigated defendant motor injury / credit hire caseload
• Working on a variety of personal injury / RTA / Credit Hire related matters, predominately focussing on fast-track, intermediate-track and multi-track cases (depending on experience)
• Representing leading road and motor insurance companies, focussing on litigation planning, mediation strategy and case resolution.
