Ignite Talent Group's client is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the team at the head office in Manchester. The successful candidate will manage litigation claims, possess strong CPR knowledge, and be committed to pursuing justice for clients.

The role involves overseeing claims, issuing proceedings, maintaining client records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will provide training and supervision to paralegals, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in litigation.
• Knowledge of mis-sold financial product claims and civil litigation.
• Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of the CPR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with, and overseeing, claims.
• Issuing proceedings and conducting litigation at all levels.
• Maintaining client records and contact information via case management systems.
• Working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining professional and regulatory standards.
• Preparing and submitting claims to redress schemes (FOS/FSCS) and other schemes.
• Managing all aspects of the civil litigation process, including drafting statements of case and witness statements.
• Providing ad-hoc training, support and supervision to paralegals.
