Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive – St Austell, Cornwall

What will you do?

• Advise on a mixture of civil & commercial litigation matters (not including clinical negligence or personal injury)
• Matters will be broad & include contentious probate, property litigation, shareholder disputes & more commercially focused disputes
• Advise both local and more nationally based clients

What will you need?

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• At least 2 years litigation experience
• Experience handling your own caseload
• Any supervisory experience would be beneficial, but not essential
