ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor for a Manchester-based role within a reputable, commercially minded firm. The role involves handling contract claims, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency, and other commercial litigation matters, leading on lower value claims and mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with senior lawyers on high-value cases, undertake JSMs and mediations, and participate in business development to grow the firm’s client base,

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable, commercially minded law firm based in Manchester. Working alongside a collaborative litigation team, this role will involve dealing with contract claims, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency and other areas of commercial litigation. You will lead on lower value claims, work collaboratively with senior Lawyers in relation to high value claims, undertake JSM’s and mediations and participate in the business development of the firm.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitors boasting 3 – 6 years PQE, coupled with a strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage client relationships and proficient commercial awareness. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to the law, a commitment to delivering outstanding client service, a willingness to learn and the ability to deliver high quality service to a wealth of clients.
