The successful candidate will provide clear and effective legal advice and assistance across housing management and landlord and tenant matters, handling both routine and complex litigation with appropriate support. They will manage a wide range of cases including anti‑social behaviour injunctions and possession claims, tenancy fraud, housing disrepair, Environmental Protection Act prosecutions, and Court of Protection applications, preparing and drafting pleadings, conducting advocacy where appropriate, and liaising with Counsel.
They will contribute to the development of in‑house legal processes, ensure efficient communication and accurate record‑keeping, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation. The successful candidate will also support colleagues at all levels, build strong relationships with external partners, and demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a collaborative approach in all aspects of their work.
