Job summary

SaccoMann in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced solicitor specialising in debt recovery, insolvency, or commercial litigation to take a leadership role. You will oversee the debt recovery function, manage a dedicated team, and drive proactive, commercially aware service for clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PQE, solid knowledge of enforcement processes, and proven supervisory experience or ambition to progress.

About the role

Your role will focus on leading the debt recovery function, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring clients receive a proactive, commercially aware service. You will be instrumental in developing recovery strategies, maintaining high service standards, and nurturing ongoing client relationships.

This leadership position will involve:

• Supervising debt recovery matters from pre-action to enforcement

• Possesses solid knowledge of enforcement processes and recovery procedures
• Demonstrates previous supervisory or management experience, or ambition to progress into such a role
• Holds excellent communication and client management skills
• Maintains a commercial, solutions-driven approach within a legal environment
• Experience with specialist debt recovery systems would be advantageous but is not essential
