Job Description:

Pure Search is instructed by a high-end Litigation Boutique seeking to hire a mid-senior level associate into their rapidly expanding practice.

The Firm:

The firm was established by former Heads of Litigation at a leading international law firm in the City. They have made strategic hires from US, Silver Circle, and leading international law firms and are now looking to expand further.

The firm offers a departure from 'Big Law', with no set billable target hours, competitive remuneration, and involvement in international work of the same quality as larger City firms, but with more responsibility and growth opportunities.

The Role:

The position involves a significant international dimension, with caseloads across general commercial litigation, banking disputes, white collar crime, regulatory litigation, insolvency disputes, commercial fraud, reputation management, and private wealth disputes.

The firm is conflict-free, representing both claimants and defendants. It is partner-led, with partners actively involved in the development of associates.

About You:

You should be an England & Wales or Common Law qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post-qualification experience at a leading City, West End, or international law firm. Candidates from Australia and New Zealand will also be considered. Broad disputes experience, including exposure to fraud litigation, insolvency, white-collar crime, or banking disputes, is beneficial.
