Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Paralegal (Litigation) to support our in-house Legal Services team across housing management and enforcement matters. You will manage a varied caseload, provide practical legal advice, and help ensure fair, resident-focused outcomes.
The role involves drafting statements, preparing court bundles, representing NHG at hearings, and collaborating with external panel solicitors.
As a Paralegal (Litigation), you'll play a key role within our in-house Legal Services team, providing expert legal support across a broad range of housing management, tenancy enforcement and disrepair matters.
Working closely with colleagues across Housing, Repairs, Safeguarding and Operational teams, you'll manage your own varied caseload, providing practical legal advice that protects the organisation while delivering fair and resident-focused outcomes.
