Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and manage case files across all litigation phases.
  • Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence.
  • Draft and review complaints, discovery, motions, and legal filings.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
  • E-file documents in state and federal courts.
  • Maintain and manage case calendars, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Summarize and categorize information from clients and opposing counsel.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Experience with court e-filing systems across jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in legal documentation and discovery protocols.
  • High-level skill in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
