A leading legal services provider is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant in Birmingham. This hybrid position requires strong administration skills and the ability to manage one's own caseload. Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the option to work from either Birmingham or Stratford-upon-Avon offices. In this role we will train you up to manage your own caseload. It’s varied and busy and there is good opportunity to get involved in client liaison.
You’ll need to enjoy telephone work and juggling a busy day! Previous collections experience preferred but not essential if you have an aptitude for customer service we’ll show you the rest!

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be in the office on a minimum of 3 days per week basis
