Job summary

The firm Ll Jnorth is seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to join as a Professional Support Lawyer on an initial fixed-term contract. You will strengthen the team’s technical expertise, coordinate knowledge sharing and create training programmes to boost client service and efficiency.

You will develop and maintain legal know-how, precedents and standard documents, and contribute to thought leadership and innovative litigation processes across the firm.

Qualifications

• Strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent knowledge of civil procedure, case management and dispute resolution strategies.
• Strong drafting and communication skills; experience delivering training; ability to build cross-team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical legal support to the litigation team.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for knowledge development.
• Create and maintain legal know-how, precedents and standard documents.
• Support thought leadership and high-quality legal content for external profile.
• Identify emerging legal technologies and support innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve knowledge management and processes.
