We are one of ten firms that act for the NHS Resolution, putting us at the heart of claims and complaints brought against the NHS. In addition, we undertake healthcare and medical malpractice and regulatory work for a range of private insurers and private sector health and social care providers.
We are seeking to recruit clinical negligence/medical malpractice consultants to join our consultant team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an excellent client base and experience high quality work but with flexible hours to suit you. Our consultants are self‑employed and work from home with office support. They undertake a mixed portfolio of work on a fixed fee and day rate basis. This is a new way of working for applicants who want to have the flexibility to choose when and how much work they do (depending on client demand). We would be happy to talk to any potential candidates coming from a more traditional role, who would be interested in transitioning to a consultant role, and our existing consultants would be happy to explain how the role works.
