As a Vice President in the Cash and Liquidity Market's (CALM) Middle Office team, you will be actively involved in the processing and oversight of the CALM products, including the development and growth of the platform's footprint as well as delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee timely responses to client queries and ensure transaction flow and payments settle throughout the day.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for audit queries, projects, new product onboardings, and UAT for technology changes.
  • Manage metrics for the CALM business, including client reporting, business analytics, and MO team capacity.
  • Oversee onboardings for clients, MMF funds, and fund providers, coordinate with support teams, set up applications, and track the end-to-end lifecycle for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Oversee monthly reconciliation of revenue share reporting for billing and finance.
  • Maintain controls and follow procedures to limit risk to clients and the liquidity business.
  • Provide concise, timely written and oral status updates to all organizational levels, and create, analyze, and review daily and monthly business metrics.
  • Drive change agenda and process improvement.
